The School of Rock has partnered with Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide to give support to an incredibly important cause. Teen suicide rates have risen at an alarming rate, making young people’s mental health support more vital than ever. The School of Rock knows that music can change lives, and so can mental health awareness. School of Rock is committed to spreading SPTS’s message of reducing the number of youth suicides. SPTS is incredibly thankful for this partnership and commends School of Rock on their dedication to supporting teen mental health and wellness.
During the 2019 School of Rock AllStars Tour, the AllStars and House Bands spoke about SPTS and shared their message on nearly 40 stages across the US and Canada. In partnering with them, School of Rock hopes to bring support and resources to our schools and beyond. SPTS provided information tables and resources at each show and is grateful to School of Rock for helping to spread information and awareness to help save teens.
