From TheReachInstitute.org The final "action signs" are a powerful, evidence based assessment and screening tool for assisting doctors, teachers, and others who work with children to screen for mental health disorders in children. These songs are written and performed by April Lockhart was born with a condition called uterine band syndrome, which left her with no left hand.
